Problem 1
I think (One way to tackle it might be.....) Anna's situation is quite difficult. The worse thing she could do is dropping this job. She could always try to speak to her boss about their relations and sketch the boundaries between private life and job. She should avoid conflicts with him, but try to be definite.

Problem 2
I think Monica (She needs to feel....) should just speak to her cousin. In the first confrontation she shouldn't give up and not resignate from the flat. If the negotiations won't work, the best thing to do, would be talk to her parents about Julia and her behaviour. There is no point in living with the person who turns you life into a nightmare.

Problem 3
The best way in Richard's case is to try to convince him, that studing and working does make sense. If he were under his father's pressure he could put his self together or become revolting. The best option is just to talk with him and explain what's important in his life.
